Before I went to Darwin, my truck could barely go in reverse. Everywhere else wanted to charge me an arm, a leg, AND my firstborn, but not Darwin! They got my problem diagnosed and fixed quicker and more accurately than anywhere else I've dealt with before, on TOP of being much gentler on my wallet. I'd recommend them to anyone, great guys, 5 stars.

I am writing to express deep gratitude to all the fellows at Darwin Industrial Automotive for the extraordinary job they did on my 2015 Audi Q7. Joe and Jeremy and all their staff a very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and highly professional. They did a fantastic job working on my vehicle's Crankcase Valve or ventilation system. Their honesty is refreshing. After working on the initial diagnosis, The guys discovered a critical line which they had not seen earlier needed to be replaced. They paid for that part and refused to let me pay them back. After the job was done, the oil needed to be changed. They changed the oil and refused to charge me a penny. How cool is that. I have driven the vehicle for 5 days since the job was done, and it drives like "new!" If you have a German made vehicle and need repairs done by people who know German cars and whose repair cost are among the lowest anywhere in Memphis, and who will explain thoroughly their diagnosis to you, I highly recommend without reservation Darwin Industrial Automotive. What is there not to like about Darwin! I took my car in for repairs, just thinking that it was gonna be another lousy shop trying to get all my money. THAT IS NOT AT ALL WHAT HAPPENED!! Not only did they repair my car, they were so pleasant to talk to! They explained to me what I needed, and why. I'm not the smartest when it comes to cars. They broke it all down and explained to me, basically, how a car works! Now I'm back on the road with confidence that my car won't leave me on the side of the road. Cannot begin to describe how much I recommend Darwin! My alternator went out and they helped save me a ton of money vs my dealership. Service was fast and they explained everything that needed to be done in normal English since I am not a car savvy person. Will definitely be using them from now on for my car repairs!

These guys are excellent!! My PCM was continuously rebooting and would not connect to the Bluetooth. Porsche told me the system would have to be replaced which was 50% more expensive than their charge. They upgraded the system and it is working fine. On a scale of 1-5 a 5. Happy
